Vivien Kühnen

Research Consultant - Health & Labour

Vivien's expertise spans labour economics, social policy, and health systems. Vivien holds an MSc in Global Health from Maastricht University. Over the past five years, she has led and delivered research and advisory projects across Jordan and Europe, working with governments, NGOs, and international organisations, combining quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Previously, she collaborated with the GIZ Jordan to promote employment for women, decent working conditions, and support employment formalisation. She worked as an International Economic Consultant for the ILO in Jordan, developing statistical profiles and evidence-based policy recommendations on youth employment. She also served as Project Coordinator and Research Assistant at the Phenix Centre in Jordan, where she evaluated the working conditions in the gig economy, together with Oxford Internet Institute. Vivien speaks German, English and Dutch fluently.
