Based in Islamabad, Pakistan, Shehrbano Jamali Niazi is a professional with 6 years of cumulative experience specialising in development consulting, strategic management, large-scale operations, and global communications.

She currently serves at a leading global development firm, where she has supported business development strategy for technical programs worth up to $50M and leads operations as Country Manager for a climate finance initiative. Her diverse consulting and operational background includes scaling digital finance systems for over 7 million users in Rwanda, managing public expenditure strategy and healthcare reforms, and directing urban resilience mapping in Pakistan.

An adept communicator, Shehrbano has served as a speaker and panel moderator at the 2025 World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos. She is also a co-owner of an artisanal bakery in Islamabad, Pakistan, named Croûte.
