Launched by KRG Prime Minister Masrour Barzani in October 2024, the Runaki initiative aims to modernise the Kurdistan Region’s electricity grid and ensure 24-hour power supply across the region by the end of 2026.

IMPACTLOOP was engaged by Meta Mind Consulting to support the quantitative component of a baseline and endline analysis. The assignment includes advising on indicator selection, producing a design note for sample selection, questonnaire design, conducting econometric impact analysis, and contributing to relevant sections of the final report and presentation.
