Mamta brings 15+ years of experience in the field of research, with a specific interest in ‘Gender and Climate Change’; a specific niche of expertise in gender transformative approaches and participatory action research and how these can leverage scalable shifts towards equality, empowerment, nutrition and food security, and sustainability. She holds a PhD in Economics from the Indira Gandhi National Open University.
