Research and Data Consultant - Namibia

Elia has up to 8 years of practical experience in programme planning, coordination, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. He is skilled in conducting programme evaluation, research, data analysis, data visualization and presentation. Elia is a communicator both in spoken and written work. Over the years, he worked with civil society organizations, international development partners and community-based organizations in Namibia. He holds a bachelor of HIV/AIDS Management degree and a Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation Methods. He is currently completing a Master of Arts in Program Evaluation with Saarland University- Germany.
