Antonino (Nino) Faibene is an international development consultant with over 20 years of experience working alongside NGOs, donors and civil society organisations across Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America and Europe. He specialises in human rights, citizen participation, governance, gender equality and social inclusion, leading evaluations, strategy processes and organisational development initiatives in complex contexts.

Before becoming an independent consultant, Nino held senior leadership roles with Oxfam and other international NGOs, where he led multidisciplinary teams, developed programmes and partnerships, and helped shape organisational strategy. Today, he continues to lead international consulting teams while bringing a coaching approach to leadership—helping colleagues and partners build confidence, develop their strengths and achieve their full potential.
